To me, being BRAVE means being fearless, and not the kind that throws all caution to the wind, but that kind that doesn't give up, but moves forward in the face of adversity. To me, being Good means thoughtful, being purposeful. To me, being KIND means bein someone who looks past differences and touches the souls of others with love and care.

Hi - I'm Lindsey! I am mom of two, a content creater, a former high teacher, and a current Child Life Specialist student. The beach is my happy place and I absolutely love travelling and trying out new food from around the world.

As a teenager, I really struggled with being "enough" (was I popular enough?  
thin enough? funny enough?...) It took me a number of years to realize that I
was already enough, just the way I was. It's so easy to compare our bodies, our abilities, the number of likes we got on a post (and on, and on...) to others,  but nothing steals joy quicker than comparison.
