Refund Policy

Our Chicken bites are perishable items and are non-returnable.

We also sell BGK branded merchandise such as Hoodies. We a have a 14-day return policy only on BGK branded merchandise items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@thek2ventures.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping must be paid by the returnee, and the qualifying return will be refunded when the items are received in the warehouse. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please contact us immediately if there are issues such as spoiled, defective, or damaged product, or if you receive the wrong items. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
